JONATHAN MANNING
Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience as an architect with specific skills and expertise in Urban Design and Public Works including work on Constitution Hill, Rea Vaya Bus Rapid Transit and O. R. Tambo International Airport. With a global and multi-cultural upbringing, Jonathan is passionate about the power of architecture to improve quality of life, celebrate cultural identity and ultimately transform society.
KHEERTEE GUNNESS
Gunness is an Architect with over 12 years’ of post graduate work experience, following education and training in India and Mauritius. He has extensive experience in design and delivery of landmark Office, Hospitality, Healthcare, Residential and Industrial projects in Mauritius and South Africa. Fluent in English, French and Hindi, he is a Mauritian citizen and is registered as an Architect with Professional Architects Council of Mauritius. Gunness is regularly a board member of the Mauritius Association of Architects.
GRAHAM WILSON
Graham has 35 years’ architectural experience and numerous years with Osmond Lange. His interest in the built environment has progressed to focus extensively on Urban Design and Master Planning of mixed-use developments, civic centres, universities, office buildings, shopping centres and hospitals. Graham’s passion is the response new buildings have to public space and the creation of delight in dense, walkable, livable cities.
AMEERAH PEERUN
Ameerah joined SK Osmond Lange since its inception after completing her Master in Architecture course from Taylor’s University, Malaysia. She has previous work experience in both Mauritius and Malaysia prior to joining the firm. Ameerah has a special interest in Research and its application in Architecture. Currently, she is handling some of the complex medical-based projects of the firm such as Flacq Multi Specialty Hospital while overviewing the luxurious residential design market.
VICTOR UTRIA
Victor was born in Colombia and obtained his degree in Architecture from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He has more than 35 years' experience in a wide variety of commercial, residential, industrial and institutional projects. Extensive international travel and fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese, allow him to bring extra depth to his work.
AVRIL PATERSON
Avril has 9 years of post graduate experience with a portfolio of projects in the field of Urban Design, Industrial, Housing, Commercial and Institutional projects in South Africa. Avril is passionate about the Conservation of Heritage Architecture with a keen interest in detail documentation, historic research and breathing new life into historic structures through the principles of adaptive re-use. His current focus is on the design and implementation of mixed use and commercial projects in the heart of Mauritius where the emphasis is on creating pedestrian orientated urban environments combined with first class corporate appeal.
