SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
SK Osmond Lange are amongst the leading proponents of sustainable design. One of our projects in South Africa, 40 on Oak at Melrose Arch, Johannesburg was the first Multi-Unit Residential building in South Africa to achieve a 4-Star Green Star Rating from GBCSA. Two of our current projects in Mauritius are designed to meet LEED Silver Rating target. Several of our team members are GBCSA Green Star Accredited Professionals.

Globally, the company offers Architectural, Interior Design, Urban Design, Project Management, Green Building and Heritage Consultancy services. The company shareholders have successfully delivered numerous major projects in Mauritius and across the African continent, with specialist expertise in the spheres of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Healthcare, Education and Transportation buildings and infrastructure. We combine design excellence with proven project delivery expertise to deliver world-class buildings on time and within budget.
SK Osmond Lange uses the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology to design, document and coordinate its projects. The company also follows a rigorous Quality Management System that ensures that projects always comply with all necessary regulations, guidelines and bylaws in force in the jurisdiction of intervention.
